Please read carefully prior to booking

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required and will be applied toward your total service cost. Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of your service, prior to the service being rendered. Kindly bring the exact amount, as change is not provided. Gratuities are always appreciated!

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to apply your deposit to your next service. This policy does not apply to cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, no-shows, or appointments canceled due to tardiness.

For no-shows, the card on file will be charged the full remaining balance.

Same-Day Cancellations: Canceling on the day of your appointment will result in losing your deposit. If you are on a package and cancel the same day, you will forfeit that service. Same-day cancellations cannot be rescheduled. Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more before, and package holders may only reschedule once.
